Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. You can also contact us for shipping costs.
Most packages are sent by TNT, the Dutch postal service, and always have a tracking number.

The postal or courier service will deliver to the address that you specify, and at the shipping price quoted at the time of purchase. Please provide your postal address, email address and telephone number. This helps make the safe delivery of your purchase a happy and seamless process.

VAT
All our prices include 21% VAT.

Customs and import charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Delivery times
We don’t like keeping our customers waiting as we know you are anxious to bring your lovely new carpet home. Once you have made your order, we will inform you of the waiting period prior to shipment.

The rugs that are are in stock in Amsterdam can be shipped within 2-5 working days of your order.

A few of the rugs in our collection are still in Morocco. Those rugs will take 1-2 weeks extra to reach you.

The shipping times vary from country to country:

The Netherlands:       2-3 Days
Europe:                        3-7 Days
Rest of the World:     4-14 Days

Custom-made products will be shipped as soon as they arrive in our house in Amsterdam. Please allow 2-3 months for bespoke goods to reach you. We will always keep you updated on the status of your order.

Returns and Exchanges
If, once you have placed your carpet in your home, you are not completely happy and, for whatever reason, feel that it is not perfect for you, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt.

All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable and any custom or import duties that may have been charged are at the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping must be arranged at the buyer’s own cost and convenience, using a reliable, trackable courier service. Items must be returned in good condition.

We will then refund the price of the purchase or help you find something else more suitable from our collection.
