Your happiness is important to us.

Therefore, you have the right to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of having received it. 

The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition, and shipped back to us within 14 days upon receipt.

The return costs remain at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.

For returns outside of the EU, please note that additional charges like import duties or taxes that may occur during the shipment will not be refunded by The Weavery Shop but will be at the expense of the customer.

Please inform us about your return upfront by email and please also send us the tracking information to shop@the-weavery.com

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.

We reserve the right to refuse your parcel and cancel reimbursement should one of the conditions of our return policy not be fulfilled.

Refunds

Once we received your return and made sure that the returned product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. We will process the refund within 3-5 working days once we received the returned item. Of course, we will also stay in touch by email.
