This rug is part of our The Weavery x AvH collection, a collaboration with Alexa von Heyden. A friendship that has grown intimately over the years, the sense of family and a beautiful home as well as the love for traditional crafts and nature with all its sources for inspiration form the base of the joint collection.

The inspiration of the Beach design have been the sand ripples that you find on the beach as the tide recedes and the sea moves back from the shore. All rugs that are part of our luxury collection have been woven extra tightly and have been pre-washed by hand with a special technique, which gives it a unique and beautiful furry look&feel. This method makes these rugs extra soft, comfortable and long lasting.

Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, the shape and pattern is always a bit imperfect. The carpets are sometimes slightly larger on one side. This is characteristic of authentic Moroccan carpets and adds to their originality and charm.
