Known as Yennayer, this day honors a history that stretches back thousands of years to the Amazigh agricultural calender. A calender rooted in the rhythms of the earth.

Yennayer is a celebration of family, food and reflection. Feasts often feature symbolic dishes like couscous with seven vegetables, representing abundance and prosperity. Families share blessings, laughter and stories, filling the day with joy.
